The Golden Age staff? They're mad-cool! Not like those record shop pricks, in neighborhood near you, with their "yeah man, I used to dig German-Prog-Rock, that was before it got popular, man!"
A quote lifted from somewhere else in internet-land "This publication is an initial attempt to examine the trajectory of the X symbol in underground music culture. While the X is broadly associated with the punk scene—in particular, straight edge hardcore—the symbol contains a wide range of often-contradictory meanings. This document presents our ongoing research; we welcome comments, corrections, and criticism"

Loosely quoting Diane Brown, RxART's Founder & Executive Director “The fact that the Advocate Hope Children’s Hospital project is centered on Koons’ transformation of the CT Scan machine is especially significant to the origins of RxArt. The initial idea for RxArt came to me when I was undergoing a CT scan and found that the only way to distract myself from the frightening procedure was to imagine an artwork (a Matthew Ritchie painting) going up the wall and across the ceiling. By entering into this artist’s complex imagery, I was mentally transported out of the sterile environment of the hospital.”

"In 1994 the Latin Kings, the largest and most powerful street gang in New York, became the Latin King and Queen Nation. They claim to have abandoned their criminal past and to be following in the footsteps of the Black Panthers and the Young Lords."

The coppers down-under had been watching REVOKs Tweets, hardcore and were waiting to snatch him up, as the attached video so cleverly diagrams. I don't know 'bout you, but that girlie news reporter is hella hot!
On 10/26, for those of you that follow his Tweets, you could see that some shit was about to drop (as REVOKs post reads) "I CANT FUCKING WAIT TO GET ON THAT PLANE TOMORROW". 11:22 PM Oct 26th.
Homeboy was originally slated for the postponed Clash of the Titans/IRONLAK gig that went sour was various reasons.
REVOK is the fucking man! He did some serious damage (like that 80's Aussie band sang) 'in the land down under'! Hit his website. Buy some gear from his webstore. He's gotta pay some fines.
